The Deep Fried Spare Ribs with Garlic is a popular Chinese dish. It is very delicious and easy-cooking. So here is a small receipt for you to cook your own Ribs.

You will need:

Spare Ribs

Garlic
Oil, salt, soya sauce, cooking wine, pepper, flour.

First, we are going to pickle the ribs.  After washed your ribs, you need to cut them into proper size.
Smash the garlic, you may need a pulverator here.
Put the ribs in a container, pickle them in soya sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper and the mashed garlic. Make sure every of them is pickled evenly. You can also add some onions, celery or coriander as you like.
Just like this:



Put the container in your refrigerator for a whole night.




The next day, wrap your ribs with flour and fry them with mid fire for 20~30 minutes. You can prick the ribs to make them easy to cook.

Now your kitchen is full of delicious smell and your ribs are ready, enjoy!
